PLAN | APPLY | PROVE

Know exactly what every field has been fed.

FieldFed is the fertilizer ledger that follows your season from the prepay contract to the last pass. Plan it, track every load from order to tank, log applications in three taps — and see how many pounds of N, P and K are on every field, any day of the year.

Sound familiar?

Your fertilizer season lives in six different places.

So when someone asks “how much N is on the home quarter?” or “how much of that prepay is left?”, the answer is an afternoon with a calculator. FieldFed puts it all in one ledger — and does the math the moment anything changes.

The prepay contract
in a folder at the office
Delivery tickets
on the dash of the pickup
The season plan
in a spreadsheet only one person understands
The rate that really went on
in the applicator’s head
The monitor’s records
on a USB stick, somewhere
The manure lab report
in a drawer, never counted
FieldFed
One ledger. Every number derived from it.
Totals, inventory and carryover are worked out from the record — never typed twice, so they never disagree.

How it works

Plan it. Apply it. Prove it.

Three verbs, one season. Each is useful on its own; together they close the loop from what you meant to put on to what you can show went on.

Plan

Build the season before it starts.

  • Plans by field group and timing — pre-plant, starter, 2x2, sidedress, Y-Drop, fertigation
  • Roll last year’s plan forward and adjust
  • Start from your agronomist’s plan document
  • See each field’s N-P-K-S program before the first pass

Apply

Log a pass in three taps, from the cab.

  • Open the field, tap the planned pass, tap Applied
  • Ran a different rate? Change it right there
  • Record the acres a pass really covered
  • The one-tap Applied works with no signal and catches up later

Prove

Every pound, on every field, any day.

  • Running N, P₂O₅, K₂O, S and zinc per field, per season
  • Planned vs applied by field and by product
  • Cost per acre, and pounds of N per bushel once yields are in
  • Printable reports and season-by-season history

Use as little or as much as you want

Start with your biggest bottleneck.

FieldFed isn’t all-or-nothing. Use the one piece that fixes this season’s headache, or run the whole season on it. Every piece works on its own — and connects the moment you add the next one.

Start here

Prepay, tickets & inventory

Know what you’ve paid for, what’s been delivered and what’s in the tank.

1What you set up
Add the products you buy, scan the prepay contract, snap each delivery ticket as it comes in.
2What you get
Prepaid vs delivered vs on hand for every product, all season. Loads draw down prepay by themselves — the named order first, then the oldest.
3Add the next piece
Start logging applications and on-hand drops with every pass. Nothing is typed twice.

Prepay → delivered → applied

Every gallon you paid for, accounted for.

Book the prepay in the winter, take the loads in the spring, put it on through summer. FieldFed follows every unit the whole way — so you always know what’s on the fields, what’s in the tank, and what’s still sitting at the retailer with your name on it.

  • Tickets draw down prepay by themselves.
The order named on the ticket first, then the oldest. Fix a date later and every balance re-figures.
  • Every pass takes it out of inventory.
Log the application — on hand drops. No second entry, no end-of-month count to reconcile.
  • Pounds on the ticket, gallons in the tank.
Liquids convert with the product’s weight per gallon, so the numbers line up whatever unit the paperwork uses.
  • Scan it, don’t type it.
Photograph a delivery ticket or a prepay contract — FieldFed reads it and you check one screen.

Manure credits

Manure counts. This year, next year and the year after.

Hog slurry, cattle manure, chicken litter — upload the lab report and FieldFed turns it into a product with its own analysis. Spread it, and the field is credited with the first-year available nutrients now and the carryover in the seasons that follow.

  • Reads the lab report for you
  • Uses the lab’s availability factors
  • Year-2 and year-3 carryover, automatically
  • Pounds per ton or per 1,000 gallons

Built for the way a farm really runs

Made for the cab, not the cubicle.

Scan it, don’t type it

Delivery tickets, prepay orders, plan documents and manure lab reports — photo or PDF, read for you, checked by you.

On your home screen

Installs from the browser on iPhone or Android. Big buttons, three taps to log a pass, readable in the sun.

Weak signal? Still logs.

Tap Applied at the far end of the field — it’s saved on the phone and catches up when you’re back in range.

Bring your history

Old spreadsheets, field lists and monitor exports come in with a column-matching step. Nothing has to be retyped.

Your whole crew

Invite the applicator, your agronomist or a partner onto the farm. Everyone works from the same record.

Every unit, handled

Pounds, tons, gallons, quarts, fluid ounces. Every number carries its unit and converts correctly.

Reports on paper

Per-field season summaries, planned vs applied and history — laid out to print one field to a page.

Your data stays yours

Each farm is walled off at the database. Only people you invite see it, and it’s backed up every night.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I have to use every feature?
No. Every piece of FieldFed works on its own. Plenty of growers start with the one thing that hurts — prepay and tickets, say, or just getting application records off paper — and add the next piece when they’re ready. Nothing you enter is wasted when you do: it all lands in the same ledger.
Is it an app from the App Store?
It’s a web app that installs to your home screen straight from the browser, on iPhone or Android — no app store, no updates to chase. It opens full screen like any other app, with big buttons made for a phone in the cab.
Who can see my farm’s data?
Only the people you invite onto your farm. Each farm is walled off at the database itself, not just hidden in the screens. Your retailer, your neighbor and other growers see nothing unless you add them. Everything is backed up every night.
What if the applicator ran a different rate than we planned?
Change it when you log the pass — rate, date, the acres it actually covered. The planned number stays on the plan, the applied number goes on the record, and every total works from what really went on.
Can I bring in past years?
Yes. Upload your old spreadsheets and field lists in whatever layout they’re in and match the columns once. Fields that go by two names get matched to one, so the history doesn’t split in half.
Does it work with John Deere?
Application exports from John Deere Operations Center import today, and FieldFed matches each pass to the one you planned. A direct connection is on the roadmap.
What units does it handle?
The ones you use: pounds, tons, gallons, quarts, pints and fluid ounces, per acre or in total. Every number carries its unit, and liquids convert between pounds and gallons using the product’s weight per gallon — so a ticket in pounds still fills a tank in gallons.
